I’m following your leads. I’ve broken off being with my friends, shunned everything - but now I’m left with depression.

Going to the gym doesn’t solve it for me. It’s been an exceptionally bad week personally for me. Im doing the right thing, but it looks like doing the right thing equates to depression. I don’t know what to do - when others throwing parties, drinking, mingling with women, and are having a good time and good spirits while l’m shunning these things. Shunning social media. Shunning what I believe to be ‘toxic’ aspects of society.
