I know abortion isn’t allowed after 120 days and can even only be done in extreme circumstances before 3 months but what if they aren’t able to abort beforehand? What if they can’t afford abortion until after 3 months but they need to do it, like in the case of rape? Is it permissible, or Haram no matter what?
