Picture someone with Tourettes Syndrome, a neurological disorder where the motor function is uncontrollable, causing physical or verbal tics. It is not complete insanity, so he/she's not exempted from sin.
Are their prayers still accepted, since they may move more than three times or even swear and shout in the middle of the prayer?
