So I really want to try shifting, it’s basically letting your mind go to another reality, whether it’s a place from a tv show or seeing someone you love that has passed.
It’s not hard to do and you just have to make sure you have a safe word and give yourself a time, like 1 minute in our world equals 1 month in —— world. Because without a time you could get stuck.
I know this may sound very stupid and fake to some people but I really don’t want to be judged I just want to see if it is haram or not because if it is I won’t do it.
