Shirk, alcohol, pork, and homosexuality. In muslim countries, we allow people from different religions drink alcohol and eat pork. Why don’t we allow them to do homosexual acts?

I’m curious as to why homosexuality is considered crime in many countries, but we allow shirk, which is the bigger sin. Why shouldn’t we allow people with different beliefs to act what they believe is permitted according to their religion? Or even performing any sexual acts in that matter, as long as it is consensual?

I genuinely want to know about this, so a proper answer would be much appreciated! Thanks!
