Me and my global perspectives teacher had a talk about the Arabian oryx, The Arabian oryx was to the last strand before extinction and needed to reproduce the few we had left in earth before they went extinct, there extinction was not a natural cause, it was from people in the UAE hunting and killing them, so the only way to save the Arabian oryx from extinction was to force reproduce, if that doesn’t work the scientists need to inject the semen from the male oryx to the female one, would this count as “playing god”?
