I used to do a a lot of backbiting before I got more serious about my deen, and now I am very concerned about the severe punishment for backbiting, because when I looked online for how to repent from backbiting, it said you must specify who you backbit. The problem is I don’t remember. Also, the people I do remember backbiting either can no longer be reached or they will be very angry with me if I told them what I said. How do I repent? I am scared
