This Happened two times Today

I was sleeping when suddenly I had a wet dream, I looked for a semen stain and I found it.... I ignored it and moved on with my day (did ghusl) before asr I was really sleepy I went to take a nap and fell into a deep sleep mid sleeping I had another wet dream and found that I ejaculated semen. I pray five times aday I don't masturbate. Did I do something wrong?
