Names are proper nouns, right? My name would be pronounced same in English, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Urdu etc, it would have the same spelling. (Pronunciation can differ according to people but the base word is same).
Then why does the Qur'an use different names for prophets? Like i know the Arabic names are much closer to the original Hebrew/Aramaic, they still aren't the same. Any info would be beneficial inshallah.
