I am so confused right now. I dont wish to reject God, I simply want to understand him and his will for me. I want to make sure I am on the right path and that I am making the right decision (my soul and salvation is on the line after all). I want to make sure that i know what i know and not just because someone told me to believe in something.
Is it okay to take a step back from associating with any religion while i study and pursue knowledge/what is true? I wish to accept God but i dont know how. A jew would tell me become a jew. A christian would say become a christian and of course a muslim would say welcome to islam. My head hurts, yesterday i cried at work about it. My ask boss asked me what was wrong but i couldnt tell him of course.
I still believe there is only one God.
