The Prophet Peace be upon him told the virtue of the kind word and made it one of the attributes of the believers and one of the charitable giving of the bodies.
He peace be upon him said “ A kind word is charity” (Bukhari)
And faith in the heart of the believer is the first mover to lead all the limbs to submit to what pleases Allah Almighty.
This is the state of sincere believers, as no condition will be correct for a person until his heart is correct, and the heart will not be correct except through faith.
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, who said: The messenger of Allah peace be upon him said: “He who believes in Allah and the Last Day should not harm his neighbour, and he who believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him honor his guest, and he who believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him speak good or remain silent.” Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim.
And Urwa Ibn Al-Zubayr, may Allah have mercy on him, said: t is written in wisdom: Let your word be kind and your face be broad, so that you are more beloved to people than those who give them gifts.

And among the things that a servant attains with a kind word is that he protects himself from the torment of the Fire, so what is the easiest work and what is the greatest reward.
The messenger of Allah peace be upon him said in a Hadith narrated by both Bukhari and Muslim:”Beware of the Fire, even if it breaks a date, and if you do not find it, then with a kind word”
And with a kind word, the believer will be forgiven. For his saying peace be upon him : “One of the obligations of forgiveness is to give peace and good speech.”
Narrated by Al-Tabarani.
And it is one of the reasons for entering Paradise. It was narrated that Ali Malik Al-Ash’ari, may Allah be pleased with him, said that the Prophet peace be upon him said : There is a room in heaven whose outer part is seen from its interior, and its interior is seen from its exterior’ Allah has prepared it for whomever softens their speech, feed the food, fast continuously, and prays at night while the people are asleep.

Among the most accurate etiquette of Kind speech in the Qur’an is what the Glory of Allah urged His servants to say after giving 4.8”give them something thereof (for their provision), and speak to them kindly and pleasing words.”
And there is a difference between the one who gives the gift while he is silent or says: Take, and show those who follow it with a kind word, as he said: This is a loving gift for his brother or: God bless you with it. Likewise, this word may be better for a person than the gift itself.
And the fruits of good speech are many that one reaps from the one who calculates its reward in this world before the hereafter.
People tend to be characterized by softness and beauty of speech
And he is alienated from those who are harsh and always rude, and a person by nature loves people to approach him and to treat them well.
But sometimes he may not pay attention to a word he utters, and it hurts or exposes him and shortens a lot. An effect on the authority of Luqman al-Hakim, may Allah have mercy on him, said
There are words that are harder than a stone, more powerful than a prick of needles, more important than patience, and hotter than hot coals, and there are plants in the hearts, so plant in them the kind word, and if it does not sprout all of it, some of it will sprout.
