Iman means leader and it is used for many types of people such as leader of the congregation of salah , great scholars from the past and leaders of Muslims. An Iman must be Muslim, sane,male,mature , able to recite the Quran correctly.

The most knowledgeable when it comes to salah
The most god fearing
the oldest in the gathering
the most well mannered
A person that can recite the Quran correctly
The first row for arrangements in salah
The first row should be consist of men flowed by children and then women
