assalamualaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh. would any knowledgeable person be able to address these claims made about the early ahadith? i am starting to doubt the authenticity of hadith (audhubillah, may Allah guide me) and i just need a few evidences to prove they are authentic/have not been tampered with or just legend.
for example, “Among the criticisms made (of non-sahih as well as sahih hadith) is there was a suspiciously large growth in their number with each generation in the early years of Islam.”
astaghfirullah i have always read about ahadith but only now am i getting these horrible thoughts. jazakumullahu khairan.
