Is there a religious procedure for when a mosque or mushola builing needs to be demolished?

Buildings doesn't last forever, sometimes they need to be taken down. Just tearing down a mosque without any processions feels like it's not the right way to do. Is there usually a prayer ceremony during the event?

Or are mosques and musholas are not allowed to be demolished, full stop?
