I've been trying to find an answer to this question but can't seem to find it. Was hoping one of you would know. My question is, if the husband of a woman dies and they had kids, who would be obligated to be financially responsible for her and the kids? I know the widow receives some inheritance but that might not last forever. Would her male relatives like father or brother be obligated to take responsibility over her and her kids. I also know that a female is never obligated to be responsible over finances.
