You cannot say "InshAllah" in dua.

Anas ibn Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “When one of you calls upon Allah, let him be determined in the supplication and he should not say: O Allah, give me if You will. There is no one to coerce Allah.”

Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi (authenticity agreed upon) according to Al-Bukhari and Muslim

One must have etiquette of making dua, which is to have a firm resolve when doing so and have full trust in Allah ta'ala that He will grant us our request. It teaches us that it is disliked to say things like "In-sha Allah" when making dua. Instead we should rather say "ameen".
