Bismillah al rahman al raheem
Assalamu alaykum dear brothers and sisters, I hope that you are all safe and well inchallah
So it's been almost 2.5 years since i began praying my salah (alhamdulillah) and i was quickly reflecting on how this journey has been so far and wondering how it went for you, fellow brothers and sisters in eeman, as I sometimes catch myself thinking that i'm the only one dealing with a particular struggle (which is evidently, not the case).
This reflection time brought many questions so here are some of them (excuse the trivial nature of certain questions)
- How did you guys feel the first few years you fully "implemented" your deen in your life ? (given this feeling is time dependent ofc)?
- Did you feel a progressive change and improvements in your character, way of dealing with things, growing ambitions etc.?
- Did you feel that, at some point in time, the highs and lows were less "roller coaster" shaped?
- What is one thing (or more) that really helped you in this journey and brought you closer to Allah?
- How did you manage to balance Dunya/Akhira without constantly shifting to one side or the other ?
That would be it for now, i hope you get as many hassanat as i used the word feel, for reading this haha.
