For example - removing excess zoning laws when it comes to urban planning. That is something that is a neo-liberal/libertarian viewpoint.

As far as I know, Islam doesn’t say anything in regards to urban planning and zoning laws right?

So when it comes to these issues, is it possible for someone to call themselves a “libertarian” and such.

What about extra taxes that aren’t Zakat? Such as income tax, property tax, sales tax?
