Cuz some kids get into puberty at like 7, whilst some don’t puberty until they are like 14-15 years of age.

Or is it when puberty is done and we are ”fully” developed, physically and mentally? Also, by record I mean, when are our sins held against us.

Any sources would be greatly appreciated
