I’m aware being transgender is haram in Islam because you are changing the way Allah (swt) made you. So before anyone attacks me, I’m not trans in anyway. I have a lot of body dysphoria and I would feel comfortable if I wore a binder because they help. I’m not trying to change the gender I am at all. The only reason I’m asking this question is because I’m genuinely not sure at all, the Quran states that women should dress modest. Which I do. Even if I wear loose clothing you can still lowkey notice. My mums always going at me about them as well and it doesn’t help. Also I’ve heard they help with posture and mine really sucks (not on purpose). I don’t really wanna be attacked by people so if you could be nice then that’d be great :)
