The only thing this accomplishes is to demean you and Islam. If someone asks a genuine question in good faith, answer it. If someone is looking to troll or attack Muslims and Islam, ignore them. You won’t change their mind and you will only bring down your own honor and damage your dignity and the dignity of the cause you are trying to defend ie Islam.
Allah says in the Quran:
وَعِبَادُ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلَّذِينَ يَمْشُونَ عَلَى ٱلْأَرْضِ هَوْنًۭا وَإِذَا خَاطَبَهُمُ ٱلْجَـٰهِلُونَ قَالُوا۟ سَلَـٰمًۭا
The ˹true˺ servants of the Most Compassionate are those who walk on the earth humbly, and when the foolish address them ˹improperly˺, they only respond with peace.
Furqan 25:36
مَا ضَرَبُوهُ لَكَ إِلَّا جَدَلًا بَلْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ خَصِمُونَ
They strike an example for you only to argue. Rather, they are a quarrelsome people. (43:58)
RasoolAllah ﷺ said:
أَنَا زَعِيمٌ بِبَيْتٍ فِي رَبَضِ الْجَنَّةِ لِمَنْ تَرَكَ الْمِرَاءَ وَإِنْ كَانَ مُحِقًّا
I guarantee a house on the outskirts of Paradise for one who abandons arguments even if he is right.

Arguing is foolish and it will only damage the cause of Islam and hinder the truth from prevailing. Try and guide and advise people, but do not engage in foolish arguments and debates, especially where the person opposed to you is only arguing to humiliate you.
May Allah ﷻ keep us on the straight path and may He ﷻ help us keep our iman and dignity intact.
