Asalam walaykum I had a quick question. I cant recall the exact hadeeth but it mentions hitting with a stick I believe and flogging as hudud punishments for various things. I know of a sheikh who is an alim studied for many years and he described one of these punishments as hitting on the wrists with a small stick in a ritualistic fashion, almost like spanking was done here in the united states.
I was curious if people knew more details about how the hudud were carried out in various cases as I find it hard to find reading material about it?
