I can't remember if I prayed my last salat. Should I pray it (and risk praying it twice) or should I not and just perform the next one when it's time?

Most of Google searching is about forgetting a surah mid-prayer, or forgetting if I did wudu, but nothing about not remembering praying an entire salat or not...
