So I listen to music often, and it’s what all us young people have been listening to (rap and stuff). But I know that I keep out of the songs that have sexual terminology because that’s obvious. I also don’t either listen to it heavily — I can live my day without it but it’s nice listening to it every once in a while. Overall, is it really haram (major sin) or just a makrooh thing? If it is really haram, why?
