If Masturbation is healthy, why is it haram?

Here Scientists say we need to masturbate 21 times a week to reduce risk of prostate cancer

But here it says it is haram.
"And those who guard their chastity (i.e. private parts, from illegal sexual acts). Except from their wives or that their right hands possess, – for them, they are free from blame. But whoever seeks beyond that, then those are the transgressors. " Quran

So, my question is, if Masturbation is actually healthy (via link), then why is it haram?

I know it is haram but I'm looking for something else other than "Quran says it's haram therefore it's haram" and "Quran Heals Everything", Even though the latter statement is true.
