So i live in Pakistan and the govt has lifted the lockdown and the roads are flooded with people , shopping malls are filled with people getting ready for Eid, people are making gathering plans for Eid. They are all pretending as if corona doesn't even exist anymore(some even believe that it doesn't for real :/ ) while on the other hand we are climbing the charts faster than anyone before. Everyone , especially boomers are like "allah will protect us" and are proceeding to take such risks am like " allah has also provided you with common sense" like this statement is so stupid its like saying "allah will provide me with rizq" and then u do literally nothing as if allah will send meals down to you, no u have to strive hard for that and what that statement means is that allah will ASSIST you in getting that rizq. Similarly allah will only protect you with COVID if u proceed to take precautionary measures wear mask etc and he will make it easier for you to avoid it. This is a disaster waiting for happen and i please request you all to pray for our people that may allah provide us protection and most importantly guide us.
I am sorry for this little rant am just really worried.
