Can i miss jummah prayer for the pandemic and instead pray duhr at home even though mosques are open?

I'm questioning about this because in my country the situation is pretty bad but the government has allowed mosques to be open. If im obligated to pray jummah, my parents are concerned so they are not letting me go outside. They say Justification for this is "saving life if faraz". Is this ok? Please help
