I was given several interview questions to ask a Muslim to get a better understanding of their religion and world.

If you have the time, I would greatly appreciate it if you could answer these questions:

  1. Where are you from? Are you living in the US now?

1.5. If you are comfortable, what is your first name?

  1. What does it mean to you to be a Muslim?

  2. Are you a practicing Muslim? Why or why not?

  3. Have you experienced discrimination?

  4. What do you think is the biggest misconception about Islam or about Muslims?

  5. If you are an American citizen/resident, what do you say to those who consider you less American?

  6. For those living in the United States or another western country, how do you view Christmas as it is so wide spread throughout the region?

I would appreciate any answers you can give! I look forward to reading your responses and I am excited to write about them for my project!
