Salaam brothers and sisters, I use a black Misbaha to help me count my prayers since I forget easy, and I was wondering if I could wear it as a bracelet since I use my hands a lot, and to help travel with it more. I have 2 problems however.

Men aren't supposed to wear bracelets, but since it isn't to emulate a women and is actually practical I think I should be okay.

Catholics wear them as bracelets as well and I'm worried it could be considered copying them. To note my intention isn't to copy but a lot do that.
