Salam!
I find myself distracted or thinking about other things while praying.
I have tried to slow it down and see if that would help my focus or tell myself it's me and Allah so focus.
But nothing seems to work well for me, is there anything y'all have done to help concentration and focus on Salah.
Please let me know!
