Hi, I’m a Muslim teenager.
My mother told me that she doesn’t believe in Heaven or Hell, and said that she doesn’t understand why God allows suffering in this world, and that she has many doubts. She also said many other things which are completely opposite of Islamic beliefs. My younger brother also recently admitted to me that he doesn’t believe in God.
What should I do? Assuming these statements take one out of the fold of Islam, I know that since my father doesn’t hold these beliefs, so should I tell him?
Should I encourage a divorce?
Can I still love them the same way? Can I still have a close relationship with them?
How can I convince them that Islam is the truth? I’ve shown them many rational arguments, but they don’t understand them.
Any advice helps
