Advice, please

Salam,

I’m actually in Itifkaf, I’m 16 and am doing this alone. I feel kind of awkward because of this, and since there are other groups of people that are together. How can I feel more comfortable at the Masjid? Also, can I use my mobile device to read the Qur’an? I’ve been getting these odd looks from people, presumably because I’m using my mobile device.
