Grandfather Passed Away - Requesting Your Duas Most Humbly
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ "In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful"
May the peace and mercy and blessings of Allah be upon you السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
My grandfather passed away; we received the news just a few hours ago.
He had been a wonderful Muslim man, going to walk to the mosque everyday until these last few weeks in which he had been bedridden. He had developed water in the liver, and his health problems led him to finally this grievous turn of events today. Despite his poor health, we were still hopeful of his full recovery, as his condition had been slowly improving following his earlier stay at the hospital and he'd recently been resting at home among family and friends.
Given the sadness we're experiencing at this moment of Time due to his unexpectedly passing away, I request all of you to please make duas (prayers) for me and my family in this difficult time for blessings and mercy to fall like rain upon our hearts so that we may learn patience. Please especially make duas that I'm able pass a professional exam for which I'm due to sit soon and make him proud despite him not being there with me to learn of the results.
