The benefit of dhikr has been mentioned in many hadith but I have noticed a lot of mentions of counts 10 times this and 33 times that increasingly mentioned in the past five years. Is there sahih evidence for these counts ?

Al-Shukoor acknowledges all forms of worship we offer Him. I am sure His angels record all dhike whether it be offered 9 times, 37 times or 782 times. Is there any strong evidence of precise counts of 33-33-33 tahmeed, tahleel, tasbeeh and other forms of dhikr ?
