 | Asalaamualaikum, I am currently pregnant and its my first time alhamdulilah. My mother's friend gave her a dried flower for me to drink in tea as it would help with labour and delivery. I believe it's called flower of Maryam. I have had difficulty finding much scientific research on the benefits of this flower and I can't find any mention in the Quran or any hadiths. I would appreciate if anyone had any information about this. I feel uncomfortable to consume anything I can't find much information on. I have attached a picture of what the dried flower looks like.
