So I myself am not Muslim. But I’m meeting with a friend this week who is Muslim and I wanted to bake something for her. Are there any good halal recipes I should make for her? I was definitely thinking of brownies or cookies. From my understanding, vanilla extract can be considered haram so would there be a substitute for it?
