Lets say you start a restaurant, and in this restaurant you are known for preparing the best pork ribs. You later convert to Islam and cease eating pork and other haraam things.
Is it completely impermissible to continue to cook the ribs? What if you do not own the restaurant but you are a chef in one, and you are obligated to cook a pork item. Do you quit your job as a Muslim, or is it acceptable to handle/cook it for survival?
