As someone who's grown up in the West an increasingly common opinion I'm seeing among Muslims around me is that these people are selfish, willing to throw away the Aakhirah of their descendants for a chance of economic prosperity and should migrate to Muslim countries instead. May seem hypocritical but the people I've heard say this were born here and are actively trying to make Hijra.
On the other hand there's Muslims who think that since the West ruined their countries they also have a responsibility to take them and that the possibility of the Muslim community increasing here is good.
What are your thoughts?
