Its sad that we fail to realise that cousins of opposite gender cousins should be segregated. The baseline condition to determine the mehram or non mehram is to checked if the marriage be tweeny them is possible or not. I have seen many parents let their children hangout, watch movies, etc woth their non mehram cousins. Some cases the children are forced to do it. What about allah then?
