This is my first time fasting in Ramadan. I have practiced fasting on 13~15 Shaban to get used to it, but it hasn't been easy, I had to rinse my mouth with water every hour to make myself feel lass thirsty. Also, it is alright if I want to play sports during Ramadan? Like, I know many football players do this, but with less water consumed, would that be dangerous for someone who hasn't fasted before?
