aslamualaykum wrwb everyone!
i'm aware that when a female is mensturating she is not allowed to touch the Qur'an, and i've read that those who need to perform ghusl shouldn't recite Qur'an but can "mutter" it as to say.
i just want to ask how a woman is supposed to recite Surah Al-Mulk and Surah As-Sajda before sleeping? that and Surah Al-Kahf on fridays.
this is assuming she already does these things routinely off her period, and hasn't memorized either of the three.
