I guess the title explains it and I’m sorry if I triggered you, it’s just I have a lot of suicidal thoughts constantly clouding up my mind and I don’t know how to get rid of them and I think one day I might just die from it. I’m not Muslim but my sister is so that’s why I decided to post this here.
