I was posting about the mma fighter Islam Makhachev and i said “hes a goated* fighter tho mashallah” Is this rude? Ive read that in Islam you should say a compliment without following up with Mashallah, so i figured it would be respectful. Some people assumed i was making fun of him, is this bad of me to do?
*”goated” is american slang for “very good” if you dont know :)
