How to clean yourself after the toilet (istinja) and how to use a lota/bodna?

I was never taught or never even knew about the lota until recently. I usually used tissues/wet wipes to clean myself my whole life when using the toilet. I have A LOT of questions on how to use a lota, how to wash after urinating, defecating, how to clean the bathroom floor etc. If you can help me I would really appreciate it because it is stressing me out and ruining my life.

Here is how I do it at the moment:

So immediately after doing my business on the toilet, I might see some water on the floor or feel it on myself. I immediately assume its najis and start to get soap and my shower head and blast some hot high-pressure water and apply some soap on the impurity which then runs around the whole bathroom. I keep using the water until all the soapy water in the bathroom goes into the drain and I assume whatever is left is pure and make sure I don't see any bubbles. since my bathroom is small I go over it a few times with the shower head.

After that is done, I go to the shower area then assuming I have done numbers 1 and 2, get some soap and high-pressure water and rub my ass with soap thoroughly and then wash it off with the water. I repeat this 3 times then I rinse it off with very high-pressure water from underneath to get any remaining bits. After this, I wash my hands and get some Wet-Wipes and wipe myself 3 to 5 TIMES.

IF there is nothing there 3-5 TIMES IN A ROW (apart from a hair strand or 2), I carry on and use another wipe to clean the toilet seat because I assume any liquid on there is najis so I carry on to wipe it and then go back to the shower.

After that, I apply some soap on my legs and private parts. then thoroughly blast it with high-pressure water so there are no impurities I assume whatever water is left on my body is an impurity because I'm not 100% sure. I wash my lower body again and again with water until I am satisfied I got every area.

I know this is not normal so WHAT DO I DO in this situation if there is any water left on me because I can't be certain it may or may not be najis??

Urination:

1. How do I clean myself with the lota exactly?
2. Do I just run soapy water over the tip and rub where the exit is?
3. How many times do I repeat this process?
4. What do I do if any water gets on my legs or other areas? (From the jug/toilet seat etc)?
5. Please EXPLAIN IN DETAIL because I have no idea if I'm doing it right

Defecation:

1. How do I clean myself with the lota exactly?
2. Do I just run soapy water just above the ass (lower back) and then use my left fingers to rub up and down thoroughly?
3. How many times do I repeat this process AND HOW DO I KNOW WHEN TO STOP?
4. If there is any hair, small tiny black bits or anything not resembling stool, do I keep washing or leave it?
5. What do I do if any water gets on my legs or other areas? (From the jug/toilet seat etc)?
6. How do I know when to stop wiping? when nothing comes on the wet wipe? or is it when there are no brown stains because what about tiny black dots or hairs or anything else?
7. Please EXPLAIN IN DETAIL because I have no idea if I'm doing it right

TLDR: How to use a lota in detail? I don't know how to use it and was never taught and the waswas is ruining my life? please help
