From what I’ve read about the topic, it seems the lottery qualifies as gambling and therefore it’s prohibited. If a Muslim partakes in it, is all of the prize money completely unusable for them? What can they do with it? Can they give it charity or something? Buy food for the homeless or something like that? Or could they not even use it for charitable purpose?
