As-salamu alaykum family, on the 24th of November I said my Shahada and affirmed Tawheed, after years of being a Christian, The most perfect Allah SWT has guided me to the truth and I can proudly say I am ready to submit to Him. I am still in the very infancy of my faith and would appreciate advice and sheikhs I can listen to. One of the elders at the mosque gave me a book called Ta'leemul Haq which he said will help me. Otherwise may the peace of God be with you all, Ameen.
