Dear brothers and sisters,
I'm not of the Islamic faith but all humans are my brothers and sisters, and I think all religions share common melodies. I was curious about your personal experiences and perhaps references in Islam as to the seeing of colours around all living things (auras)( perhaps especially in childhood), receiving visions and messages in meditation or prayer, seeing fractals/ geometry before leaving the body and journey to the upper skies with light beings. When someone reports this, is this immediately seen as a medical problem or a communication from the Divine creator you call Allah?
I know in Sufism you reach different states of conciousness.
As a small child, I had these experiences. I would see colours around people and animals. The colours gave information when someone has bad intentions, was ill or in a sad mood.At night, light beings stood guard at my bed. When I fell asleep, I would see the fractals appear, float above my body and be accompanied by one of the light beings who showed me things. This all stopped around the age that I was 5. I would still have some other experiences ( message that someone would die). I don't think my experiences were unique, I know this occurs elsewhere.I'm curious about your personal experience, view and perhaps references in the Qur'an that either describe, support or condemn such experiences.
