Assalam a3leykum,

I was wondering, is there any texts about the source of black magic in Islam?

Except for the two angels that taught it to people who wanted to seperate two spouses and were a temptation, how is it "powered"?

We know that divination are djinn listening to bits of what is said in heaven, but what about black magic?
