Watching Muslims rip each other apart on social media over the permissibility (or not) to pray for the soul of a non-Muslim who has passed. In regards to the Palestinian journo who was killed by Israel.
I fully understand that it’s haraam and shouldn’t be done. However, wouldn’t it be better not to correct the ones doing it whilst the death is so fresh and the deceased loved ones can read the comments such as ‘she’s destined for hell…’ etc. Imagine how hurt the family would be.
After all she was standing up for all Palestinians inc Muslims.
I hope my rant makes sense.
