Hello great people, about 2 weeks ago, I asked for some advices in this subbreddit because my life wasn't the greatest. Al hamdulillah I chose the right place to do so. My life is getting better slowly al hamdulillah but I'm still suffering from a problem I never could fix which is "lying". I know as a Muslim, we should never lie, but unfortunately I can't stop doing that, I tried many times but failed. I usually lie about unimportant things in stories just to add the interest for the listener, I tried to stop it but couldn't. I apologies for my acts and asked Allah for mercy, any advice on how to stop lying permanently?
